Fans of 'Teen Mom' know that Maci Bookout, Amber Portwood and Caitlyn Lowell don't get along well with Farrah Abraham, but on the May 11 episode of 'Teen Mom OG', the four ladies were forced to spend time together as they went on a press tour in New York City.

Amber brings her fiancé Matt with her to meet the other girls in New York. She introduces him and sees that everyone is aware of their engagement, except for Farrah. Amber doesn't take sides at first as she tells the camera, "Let [Farrah] do her thing. I don't care, I'm living my life."

Catelynn and Tyler Baltierra brought new daughter Nova with them, and everyone seems to be happy to see each other until the producers show a clip of Maci reacting to Farrah's return on the show. On the clip, Maci said that she's quitting because of Farrah.

When the crew asks Farrah how she feels about the clip, she replied, "She [Maci] should seek some counseling for her emotional situation." Later, she tells the camera that Maci is fake and that she's only on the show because she needs the money.

"I don't judge Farrah or dislike her, but Bentley's in kindergarten," explains Maci to Amber, Caitlynn and Tyler. "So kids already ask him about being on TV. And now it's like, 'Oh, is your mom the one who did the sex tape?'" Maci adds, referring to Farrah's adult film with Vivid Entertainment.

Once they go face to face, Farrah shouts at her, "Hey Maci, why are you here? I think you should not be here because you don't want to be here. Bye-bye!"

"I don't feel like I need to apologize," Maci replies. "I'm not going to change what I think is right for my own son just because I hurt your feelings."

That causes Farrah to lash out, and she says, "Maci, do you even know what's right for your own self? What's right for her son has nothing to do with me!"

The show producers try to calm them down, but Maci says that she doesn't like how Farrah talks to her "like a dog."

Meanwhile, the other girls stay out of the feud, but later, they read one of Farrah's tweets which mentioned the importance of including her child on the cover of her book. Catelynn and Amber, who have their own published works, didn't do the same thing, and they felt as if Farrah was attacking them for it.

The next day as the ladies do more press, Catelynn told Farrah, "You tweeted on Twitter about us not putting our kids on our book."

"It's a slap in the face when you're coming at us on Twitter," says Amber.

"There's no passive aggressiveness, I noticed something, and I voiced it," said Farrah.

Ultimately, Catelynn diffused the tension by saying, "We are all trying to do the same thing here. We're all trying to make sure our kids are educated, healthy, stable, and that's all that should matter. It's not worth holding grudges or having to feel like we can't just be ourselves around each other."

The other girls agree and they give each other a hug before leaving—except for Farrah, who walked away from them.

'Teen Mom: OG' airs on Mondays at 10pm ET on MTV.
