The "Teen Mom OG" reunion continued on Monday, June 8, and while last week's show was all about Amber Portwood and Maci Bookout, this week, the focus was on Catelynn Lowell and Farrah Abraham. 

Dr. Drew started things off by asking Catelynn how she's doing with her newborn daughter Nova. She told him about caring for the baby and breastfeeding her, and later, he asked about the hardest thing about welcoming her new baby. 

Catelynn said that the hardest thing is that she missed doing all that for her first child Carly, who she and her boyfriend Tyler gave up for adoption. Dr. Drew then brought out Teresa, Carly's adoptive mother, who talked about raising the child and attempting to do so out of the spotlight. Later, Tyler came on stage with Nova, and he handed the baby to Teresa so they could meet. 

"What a surreal experience," said Teresa after kissing the baby. "Six years ago I walked out here with Carly in my arms, and now I'm here with Nova." 

Catelynn revealed that she doesn't know how she'd explain Carly to Nova when the time comes. 

"That's something I'm going to have to figure out how to explain to her," she said. 

Meanwhile, Farrah was accompanied by her parents Debra and Michael. Debra, who often fought with her daughter, came to Farrah's defense and mentioned how Maci was quick to judge her daughter. 

"I just think it's really rude. We're a family, all of us," said Debra.

She said that it was hurtful the way Tyler was talking about how desperate Farrah was to earn money that she had ventured into the adult entertainment industry. She added that there are a lot of young mothers who work in exotic clubs who watch the show, and that it's just wrong to be judgmental and derogatory to those women. 

In the end, Dr. Drew brought all four ladies together on stage and Maci apologized to Farrah for making her feel bad when she told MTV that she was quitting the show because of her. Farrah accepted her apology and said that she appreciated it. 

As the series ended on a positive note, Amber quipped, "Maybe there will be another season!"
