After a tumultuous relationship with Gary Shirley, "Teen Mom OG" star Amber Portwood is now engaged to Matt Baier. The two have been engaged for more than a year, and while their relationship has been through its fair share of trials including cheating allegations and their struggles with sobriety, the pair appears to be staying strong and ready to come to each other's defense, just like what Amber did last week.

The release of the latest trailer of "Teen Mom OG" shocked Amber's fans on social media when new allegations surrounding Matt came to light in the clip. In the video, which was released on Dec. 10, Shirley is seen talking to a lawyer and is heard saying, "Her fiancé has seven kids and she don't even know about this."

The 25-year-old does not seem surprised about this but is seen admonishing her ex, telling him that he should have talked to her first before saying something on camera. On Wednesday, Dec. 16, the reality star took to Twitter to defend Matt when, according to Us Weekly, one of her followers pointed out that he had "seven secret kids."

"You would have to be ignorant to believe that honestly," Amber wrote. "He's a great catch thanks."

The mother of one followed up on the initial reply and posted three more messages, telling fans that she is not dealing with all the speculation about her fiancé and that she is standing by her man no matter what.

"I don't care if I found out he had 10 kids. He has to deal with that and his past and I'll stand by him. But I'm a woman and I hold my own," she tweeted.

Matt was introduced in the recent season of the MTV show, and he and Amber got engaged shortly after he moved in. For now, it is unclear whether Matt has any children from previous relationships, but it is expected that this will be addressed in the upcoming season of "Teen Mom OG."

"Teen Mom OG" premieres on Monday, Jan. 4 at 10 p.m. on MTV.
