Catelynn Lowell is all smiles nowadays as the "Teen Mom OG" star had her fairytale wedding to longtime sweetheart Tyler Baltierra last year, and the two welcomed their second child, Novalee, in January 2015.

But now, a new report claims that the reality star was secretly suffering emotionally. In Touch reported that Catelynn experienced post-partum depression after Novalee's birth.

The magazine reported (via Radar Online) that Catelynn allegedly told her fans at a book signing in New York that she knew that she had it nine months after her daughter was born.

"It's a daily struggle," the 23-year-old reportedly said.

In a recent interview with People magazine, Catelynn confirmed that she battled with post-partum depression while planning the wedding, but a day out with both of her daughters helped her cope with her panic attacks.

"We went to the beach so we were feeding ducks with bread," Catelynn said to the magazine. "Carly just wanted to hold Nova immediately and be like, 'Can I feed her? Can I hold her?" The MTV star went on to say that her eldest daughter kept showing her sister to everybody and introducing her as her "birth sister."

"After that, I felt perfectly fine again," said Catelynn.

Fans of "Teen Mom" know that Catelynn and Tyler went through a lot as back in the first season of the show, the couple decided to give up their firstborn for adoption. Tyler and Catelynn chose to have an open adoption where they were allowed to communicate and visit Carly. While they previously had some problems with the arrangement, Catelynn revealed that everything is much better now and that they have reached an understanding with Carly's adoptive parents.

"As long as I get to see her face and hear her voice, hey -- I'm sad that I can't share everything, but our story's still out there," she said.
