Farrah Abraham is expanding her family. Recently, the "Teen Mom OG" star revealed to Us Weekly that she has plans to adopt and she will be making some changes once she welcomes the child to her home.

"I'm happy to confirm I'm moving forward in my adoption process," Farrah told Us. "This means I will be making some changes in my career to welcome a new addition to my family."

Farrah is already a mother to 6-year-old Sophia, and the star said that her daughter has been very supportive about her decision to adopt.

"Sophia is in the right frame of mind and is very supportive as well," said the reality star, adding that her daughter knows that her future sibling had other parents and that they would be "a loving family to them."

The star's announcement comes after it was revealed that Farrah has been feuding with co-stars Catelynn Lowell and Amber Portwood on social media. The feud started when a leaked Snapchat video showed the two MTV stars with Maci Bookout and "Teen Mom 2" star Kailyn Lowry enjoying some drinks, and while drinking some of the ladies took shots at Farrah and called her names.

Farrah posted the Snapchat video on her Twitter and wrote, "I wouldn't want this recorded either Maci, Amber, Kailyn," and included the hashtags #trash and #patheticparents.

In response, Catelynn took a shot at Farrah's parenting skills and tweeted, "ROFL it's called one night out! Some like to be gone for months at a time! #patheticparent."

Farrah was criticized recently for letting her daughter have her own social media account and for giving Sophia more than $1,300 after she lost a tooth. The star took to the micro blogging site last September to share a photo of her daughter standing beside a table with some accessories and a few $100 dollar bills on it and captioned it, "Sophia lost her 2 front teeth! Busy #ToothFairy."

Many Twitter users commented on the picture and expressed their disapproval of the post, saying that it was "ridiculous" to give a child such a huge amount of money. Farrah's fans immediately defended the star and said that if she chose to give that money to her daughter, then it's her business and not anyone else's.
