'Teen Wolf' season 5 spoilers: Deputy Parrish in 3 'crazy fights'

 MTV

As previously reported, "Teen Wolf" season 5B will see the return of several characters such as Argent and Deucalion. In a recent interview with Movie Pilot, actor Ryan Kelley confirmed that his character Deputy Jordan Parrish is also making a comeback in the back episodes and will retain his Hellhound abilities.

In the interview, Kelley reiterated that he preferred portraying the Hellhound and that at the moment there are no plans for the Phoenix to be adapted in the television series. Kelley also confirmed that at the moment his character would remain as Deputy and that he would not be promoted to the rank of Sheriff anytime soon.

The actor then stated that he would be involved in several key action scenes in the remaining episodes of season 5.

"I will have more than 3 Crazy fights," he answered when asked. However, he did explain that his future is still undetermined and that he was not yet sure if his character would survive or not. It is likely that the script for future episodes revealing his fate has not been submitted to him.

It is heavily speculated by fans that one of those fights will involve one of the Beasts revealed in the season 5A finale, given that it was later revealed in Entertainment Weekly these Beasts are in fact Hellhounds such as Parrish. The promotional trailer for season 5B explains the Beast is "history's most vicious and most famous werewolf."

During the Movie Pilot interview, Kelley also stated that Parrish wasn't necessarily a bad guy despite his antagonistic nature on the show, but he wasn't viewed as a good guy either. He explains that this element of being a "shade of gray" character is just his theory given that he cannot fully control his abilities yet.
