The first teaser trailer for "Teen Wolf" seasn 6 has been released, and while it is only 15 seconds long, it does give a few tantalizing images that hint at what fans can look forward to in the new season. As stated in a report from Hypable, one of the possible key plot points may involve mind control.

According to the report, the whispering voices heard in the trailer need to be played backwards in order to be understood. When played backwards, the voices in the trailer are revealed to utter the phrase "mind control," hinting that the sixth season will deal with mental issues such as insanity and one of the main characters being controlled by the new villains.

Images in the trailer do support this as there are shots of a character lying down with a contraption over their face, and there is a scene showing Stiles (Dylan O'Brien) with an unidentified patient. While not confirmed, it is heavily speculated that these scenes may be taking place in an asylum or in a facility similar to one.

Another sequence showcases a person on a horse chasing Liam (Dylan Sprayberry) and Hayden (Victoria Moroles) through the woods. According to TV Line, it is possible that this horseman could be one of the ghost riders mentioned in season 5 by Kira's (Arden Cho) mother.

The report continues to point out that the ghost riders may be arriving in Beacon Hills now that the hellhound within Deputy Parrish (Ryan Kelley) had completed its tasks. Unfortunately, there are no other indications as to who or what this horseman may be.

Season 6, as previously reported, will also tackle the relationship between Stiles and Lydia (Holland Roden) while also introducing a new pack that may become the main characters if in case the show is renewed beyond season 6, turning the current cast as the new team's mentors.

"Teen Wolf" season 6 is expected to premiere this June.
