"Tekken 7," the ninth installment in the "Tekken" fighting game series being developed by Bandai Namco Games, will feature new characters and other goodies worth looking forward to.

According to Polygon, "Tekken 7" will have a new camera feature. This will allow players to fight on whichever side of the screen they prefer. However, Katsuhiro Harada, the game director of "Tekken 7," has not commented on whether or not the feature will be present when the game is officially released.

While it is natural for gaming title sequels to possess improved visuals, "Tekken 7's" graphics will be taken to new heights due to the fact that the game is currently being finalized on the Unreal Engine 4, which is same engine being used to develop "Kingdom Hearts III" and "Street Fighter V."

Also, according to Bandai Namco Games, new characters have been included in the title such as Lucky Chloe and Shaheen. Shaheen is of Saudi Arabian descent and Harada tweeted that the inspiration of the new playable character came from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia itself.

Furthermore, thanks to a trailer released by the game developing company, fans can have an idea of the game's storyline.  It becomes known that Kazuya's father, Heihachi, is responsible for the death of his mother, Kazumi Mishima. There will be a showdown of epic proportions to take place between Kazuya and Heihachi.

One of the reasons why Heihachi murdered his wife is because he found out that she possessed the Devil Gene, a curse that gives the wielder incredible abilities. In the trailer, Kazumi hints that the powers within her were transferred to her own son, resulting in her death. The game developing studio has not stated whether or not Kazumi will be a playable character because there is a high probability that she could have survived the attack.

As for the game's release date, Bandai Namco Games is hoping to release "Tekken 7" on March 15 for the PC, Xbox One and PS4 platforms.
