The third episode of Telltale Games' point-and-click graphic adventure fantasy video game based on HBO's "Game of Thrones" is confirmed to be released in just a few days.

The game developer made the announcement through its Twitter account, saying, "@GameOfThrones: A @TelltaleGames Series Ep 3 'The Sword in the Darkness' available THIS MONTH! Standby for dates..."

Since this is the last week of March, players of the game are expecting to see "Game of Thrones Episode 3: The Sword in the Darkness" anytime before March 31.

PC Gamer offered several spoilers about the new installment based on the screenshots provided by Telltale Games. According to the writeup, the upcoming video game release will bring players to The Wall to spend time with Jon Snow, as well as in King's Landing where Tyrion Lannister is being paraded in the streets with several guards. Also, Daenerys' dragon appears in the still images, which means that her lair will be visited as well.

The plot for the video game takes place after the events that happened at the end of the third season of HBO's "Game of Thrones." The main focus of the game's plot is the characters from the House of Forrester, a family from the northern part of Westeros loyal to House Stark. House Forrester is still unknown in the TV series but is briefly mentioned in "A Dance with Dragons," the fifth novel in George R.R. Martin's "A Song of Ice and Fire" book series on which both the TV show and video game are based.

Players can control one of the five family members or servants from House Forrester, but the decision of one of the characters can affect the actions of the others.

"Game of Thrones Episode 3: The Sword in the Darkness" comes after the "Game of Thrones Episode 1: Iron From Ice" released last December 2, 2014, and "Game of Thrones Episode 2: The Lost Lords" released on February 2 this year.
