Teresa Giudice has forgiven Melissa Gorga, source says

Fans of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" know that Teresa Giudice has been embroiled in a big feud with her brother Joe Gorga and his wife Melissa for quite some time. But after spending almost a year in prison, a new report says that Teresa has decided to forget about the past and that the reality star has chosen to forgive her brother.

"She's looking forward to seeing her brother," a source said to Radar Online, adding that the mother of four has taken the time to reflect on everything that happened and has no bad feelings toward Joe.

Earlier this year, Joe visited Teresa at the federal prison in Danbury, Connecticut and while the visit wasn't shown on the Bravo special "Teresa Checks In," an emotional Joe said that he felt like the Teresa that he knew then was back. In the special, Melissa revealed that she wanted to reach out to the star and give her support while she was in prison.

The change in Teresa might have a lot to do with the fact that she spent some time thinking about her relationships as she spends the last few days of her 15-month prison sentence. The insider told Radar that Teresa "has really worked on herself and has had time to reflect about life" and that she's "not going back with any ill will toward anybody."

The source said that Teresa has also forgiven Melissa.

"She has had a lot of time to think about life and think about the mistakes she has made," said the source.

The "RHONJ" star started serving her prison sentence for fraud on Jan. 5. Teresa will be released from prison on Dec. 23 for home confinement, just in time for Christmas. She is expected to join Melissa for the upcoming season of the Bravo show, where Teresa will most likely talk about her experience in jail.
