After being released from prison last month, Teresa Giudice made her first red carpet appearance at her sister-in-law Melissa Gorga's boutique opening in Montclair, New Jersey on Thursday, Jan. 14.

For her first official appearance since completing her prison sentence, "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star looked glamorous in black trousers, a black top with gold detail topped with a short black fur coat and black boots. She was accompanied by her eldest daughter Gia, who wore a black skirt, a white top and a short white fur coat for the event.

Speaking with E! News, Teresa said that she was "feeling great."

"I'm happy to be here to support my brother and sister-in-law Melissa for the grand opening of her boutique Envy," said the mother-of-four.

On the red carpet, the reality star revealed that her background is fashion and that went to school to study fashion.
"I used to work at Macy's Herald Square in the buying office and I was also on the vendor side," said Teresa.

Teresa's appearance at Melissa's boutique opening appears to confirm that the two have made up. Back in previous seasons of the Bravo show, the two would often be feuding over a number of things, but since Teresa was released on Dec. 23, the two ladies have been seen spending time together and they have even been photographed going to a yoga class together.

It appears that the two have mended their relationship as Melissa told E! that Teresa is "doing great."

"I love her and she's doing great, so thank God!" said Melissa.

Teresa spent 11 months behind bars at Dansbury Federal Correctional Institution in Connecticut on fraud charges. She was released last month and is currently under house arrest, but it was reported that she is allowed to leave the house for work purposes and the like. According to reports, she is required to wear an ankle bracelet until Feb. 5. The star is expected to return to "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" for its upcoming season and will also be promoting her new memoir starting next month.
