Teresa Giudice has been released from prison last month after serving 12 months and 17 days of her 15-month sentence for fraud. The "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star is back in her New Jersey home under house arrest.

And while she has been seen out and about, the 43-year-old is required to wear an ankle bracelet until Feb. 5, 2016. It has been previously reported that while Teresa is on house arrest, she is allowed to leave the house for work purposes and for other things such as running errands and getting medical treatments.

Details about the mother of four's house arrest has been released by Radar Online, and according to the website, a source said that Teresa is required to check in daily with the Federal Location Monitoring program that is overseeing her house arrest.

"The ankle bracelet Teresa must wear until February also gives officials her exact location," said the insider.

The source added that while under house arrest the reality star must be home no later than 9 p.m. If work commitments require her to remain outside her home beyond the prescribed time, Teresa is expected to get prior approval from officials.

The insider said that the 9 p.m. curfew is "embarrassing" for the cookbook author as she allegedly wants to go to New York with some friends. The source added that Teresa "is not a fan of wearing the ankle bracelet" due to its size and that while filming an episode for the upcoming season of the Bravo show, the star was pressured to show the device on camera.

"She wasn't happy to do it but knew Bravo wanted it for the show," said the source.

Meanwhile, a new report claims that Teresa and her husband Joe's troubles are far from over as she still reportedly owes $550,000 from the IRS although she has paid off nearly $414,000 in restitution to crime victims.

Another source from Radar Online said that one of Teresa's priorities after being released from prison is getting her debts paid.

"Teresa is working with her attorney to get payments to the agency arranged," said the source, adding that the star will see to it that the IRS gets paid and that she will "never get herself in this situation again."
