Teresa Giudice is no longer under house arrest. On Friday, Feb. 5, "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star's lawyer, James L. Leonard Jr., confirmed to Entertainment Tonight that her monitoring device has been removed.

In a statement to ET, Leonard said, "We are obviously very happy that today marks the end of Teresa's custodial sentence and that she is now able to fully enjoy her freedom without the burden of a monitoring device tracking or restricting her. She is looking forward to putting the last 13 months behind her."

On Friday, the star took to Twitter to share her happiness, writing, "Feeling so blessed today."

Teresa was released from the federal prison in Danbury, Connecticut on Dec. 23 after serving nearly 12 months of her original 15-month sentence for fraud. She was under house arrest for 44 days and it was reported that she was allowed to leave her property for work purposes.

Currently, she is on supervised release, which Leonard previously described as a program where Teresa will still get additional supervision but not as strict as the terms of home confinement.

This new development will certainly be a welcome one for the reality star as she is set to begin promoting her prison memoir, "Turning the Tables: From Housewife to Inmate and Back Again" which will be released this week. It is expected that the mother of four will be traveling all over the country to promote the memoir, but a source told Radar Online that Teresa's probation officer has decreed that she won't be allowed to travel out of the tri-state area and that there won't be a nationwide tour.

"Teresa is still on supervised probation and can't travel out of the New York, New Jersey, Connecticut area," said the insider. "There will be small book signings and events in New York and New Jersey."

The reality star has yet to make a comment about the report. Teresa tweeted that she will have her first book signing at Bookends in New Jersey on Wednesday, Feb. 10 and will be celebrating the release of her book with a party on Feb. 17 in New York City.
