The annual Black Friday is happening again this year and many Americans will be taking note as to what time their favorite stores will open for them to avail of the many deals.

Every year, retailers have been adjusting their hours on Thanksgiving in order to accommodate many shoppers looking to get a great bargain. Many stores will be doing the same thing this year and the following will serve as a guide to the slew of bargain-hunters on the highly-anticipated day. The following stores will be open on Thanksgiving with their respective times when the Black Friday deals will get underway.

Walmart Black Friday bargains will start at 6 p.m. and continue through the next day. Target holiday deals will start at 6 p.m. until midnight, and then reopen on Black Friday at 6 a.m. Best Buy will commence at 5 p.m. and go on till 1 a.m. on Friday, before restarting at 8.a.m. Macy's will open up its doors at 5 p.m. all the way till 2 a.m. the next day, before reopening at 6 a.m.

Kohl's will start its Black Friday festivities at 5 p.m. and will continue 31 hours straight until it closes at midnight on Friday, Nov. 25. Popular retailer J.C. Penney will start at 2 p.m. and will remain open until 10 p.m. on Black Friday. Sears will begin at 6 p.m. and continue until midnight, before reopening at 5 a.m. the next day.

In related news, according to statistics from the National Retail Federation, 20 percent of American shoppers, or 32 million, plan to head out to the malls for Thanksgiving. This would be the fifth year in a row where numbers will be on a decline compared to 34.2 million shoppers in 2016. It was 34.6 million back in 2015 and 43.1 million the year before that. The reason for the decline is because more Americans are resorting to shopping online to avoid the hassle.
