The quest to start a new peaceful world continues in the upcoming episode of "The 100" season 5. In episode 3, Bellamy (Bob Morley) will lead a pack of human survivors in searching for a new place that they can call home. The fans will have the chance to witness Bellamy's growth as a leader, although he must not let his guard down as the threat remains to the safety of his people.

According to the official synopsis for "The 100" season 5 episode 3, titled "Sleeping Giants," Bellamy will head to a distant location iin the woods in order to investigate its possibility of becoming a new home to the human survivors. This will be another opportunity for the character to prove his capabilities as a leader and a mastermind, as the success of this investigation will greatly benefit the people. Bellamy could further cement his place as the leader of the group, and the people will never question his leadership after finding a safe and abundant place for them to live in.

It will also be interesting to see how Bellamy's character has changed over the past five seasons, and his new persona in season 6 is probably the strongest that he has ever become. Aside from Bellamy, "The 100" season 5 episode 3 is expected to highlight Clarke's (Eliza Taylor) hard work for the group of survivors. The spoilers hint that Clarke will defend the people once again from a new threat, although it is not clear how big of a threat this is. Nevertheless, the fans can expect Clarke to do the best that she can to defend their people's current home. Her deep knowledge in their place's terrain will also give her an advantage to defeat whatever threat that is lurking around their home.

To recap the previous episode of "The 100" season 5, Octavia (Marie Avgeropoulos) was showcased as a powerful and fearsome queen. Episode 2, titled "Red Queen," has shown Octavia building her a world with a new Kru, a new home, and new rules. The viewers also got the chance to see Octavia fighting once again as she tried to remind everyone, including those who wanted her out of leadership, that the people should follow no one else but her alone.

"The 100" season 5 episode 3 will air next Tuesday, May 8 at 9 p.m. EDT on The CW.
