'The Librarians' season 4 spoilers, plot details: Cassandra Cillian actor Lindy Booth reveals her character fate in Season 4
Fans of Cassandra Cillian (Lindy Booth) from TNT hit science fiction (sci-fi) series "The Librarians" will find more reasons to like the character, as Booth has revealed what she will be like in the upcoming episodes of the show.
Booth, in an interview with website Geekdad, has revealed that fans can expect Cassandra to be more in control of herself and her decisions in the rest of the season. This is because the character now has freedom and is bolder compared to the previous season.
"She faced death which was a big theme for her from the beginning. She won. She's been granted a second life and she's going to take full advantage of that," says Booth about Cassandra. Still, this does not mean that all will be well for Cassandra, as Booth has also claimed that certain events in the series will be happening which will make her question everything she believes in.
There also seems to be a big change happening for Cassandra in the show, since Booth has also revealed her to be more in tune with her emotional side come to the end of season 4. This can be quite a hard pill to swallow for viewers and fans since Cassandra has always been a logical person, relying on information and facts to make judgements instead of her intuition and gut.
Apparently, the Library will also have a hand in Cassandra's transformation. Season 4 will see the Library being untrustworthy, which will make everyone else, and not just Cassandra, question the very trust they put into the Library. This is set to change Cassandra and others in ways unseen and unexpected by the viewers, and it will surely surprise even the fans.
Meanwhile, the last two back-to-back episodes revealed more about the characters Ezekiel (John Kim), Flynn (Noah Wyle), and Eve (Rebecca Romijn), as the former two face their own Grinch for Christmas, while the latter two get stuck in a Film Noir movie. The future episodes could feature more about Cassandra this time, leading up to the events which will change her by the end of the season.
The next back-to-back episodes for "The Librarians" Season 4 are episode 5, "And the Bleeding Crown" and episode 6, "And the Grave of Time." Both will air on Wednesday, Dec. 27, at 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. EST on TNT.
