Damon came back last episode after being stuck with Bonnie in 1994, but he still has to return to Elena's memories so that he can finally say that he is happy to be home. Will that be possible in the episode 7 of The Vampire Diaries Season 6?

The teaser video for the upcoming TVD episode titled "Do You Remember the First Time" showed that Elena (Nina Dobrev) is still seeing her hot crush Liam (Marco James) from the med school, and the two attends the Whitmore Medical Center Fundraiser dinner, which Damon (Ian Somerhalder) is also invited to.

Fans will see how jealous Damon is because of Elena's new guy. The trailer also showed that he will try to intimidate Liam, but all his antics will not work on the med student.

Meanwhile, Elena will struggle with Damon's return after all her memories had been erased by Alaric (Matthew Davis) on her request because she had a hard time dealing with Damon's "death." But since Alaric's compulsion powers had been cut off after being human again, Damon and Elena might have to rely on the power of their love to be able to find out if they deserve to be back in each other's arms.

Elsewhere, Stefan (Paul Wesley), Matt (Zach Roerig), and Enzo (Michael Malarkey) will resort to drastic measures to force Tripp (Colin Ferguson) to divulge why he is on a mission to kill vampires.

Damon's brother Stefan will also have to face his own love problems with Caroline (Candice Accola). After she confessed that she wants more than friendship with him, Caroline now wants nothing to do with Stefan anymore after he revealed that he does not have the same feelings for her.

Meanwhile, Caroline has to work fast in order to save her mom Sheriff Forbes (Marguerite MacIntyre) who will be caught in the middle of a "dangerous plan" because of Tripp.

The Vampire Diaries Season 6 Episode 7 airs on Thursday, November 13, on The CW.
