Bellamy (Bob Morley) will have to make a big decision in the next episode of "The 100" season 3.

In episode 3, Bellamy lost his girlfriend Gina (Leah Gibson) when the Ice Nation Grounders attacked at Mount Weather. But could he really act on his fury and join the Anti-Grounder pact that is growing slowly among his people?

Based on the trailer for episode 4 titled "Watch the Throne," Pike (Michael Beach) is seen encouraging Bellamy to join the war against the Grounders. But the co-leader of the Delinquents could possibly choose a path that will make him look like a ruthless villain just to save his people.

Series executive producer Jason Rothenberg recently discussed his plans with Bellamy in an interview with TVLine. According to Rothenberg, he wants to see Bellamy play a very significant role in the war against the Grounders.

"I wanted him, when Mount Weather was destroyed, to lose someone significant so that his turn to the anti-Grounder side has even more reason behind it," the producer revealed. "He already has no affection for that culture, unlike Octavia, but I wanted there to be that one thing that would justify him really taking up the mantle of 'all Grounders are bad.' That, coupled with Pike's influence, is what pushes him in that direction. It's going to be hard to watch for fans who want him to be perfect."

Marley also talked about his thoughts on Bellamy's decision making regarding the war in a previous interview with IGN. According to the actor, Bellamy is in a very delicate situation where there is a thin line between good and bad, since he only wants what is best for his people.

The next episode of "The 100" is scheduled to air on Thursday, Feb. 11, on The CW.
