Jason Rothenberg, creator of "The 100," previously teased fans through Twitter about the nature of season 3's trailer, claiming it's "insane."

The blood-covered promo was unveiled after the fall finale of "Arrow" and fans are going wild.

Judging by the teaser and fan reactions, it seems that Rothenberg was not lying. The teaser video was quite short, but it sure packed a whole lot of punch. So if the teaser is this good, fans can only imagine what the full trailer will be like.

Based on the video, it seems that Clarke (Eliza Taylor) isn't out of the woods yet as she is seen being hunted by everyone. Bellamy (Bob Morley), on the other hand, has grown quite close to Kane (Henry Ian Cusick), who advises him to be careful now that the Sky People thinks they're at peace.

Last season on the post-apocalyptic drama, Clarke and Bellamy, using radiation, committed genocide on the Mountain Men, killing Maya (Eve Harlow) along with them. It ended with Clarke kissing Bellamy before leaving the camp.

Fans of the pair were left heartbroken, but it seems that they have something to look forward to in the upcoming season.

In an interview with E! News, Rothenberg spoke about Clarke and Bellamy's relationship and future on the show.

"It's clear to me that these two people have come to need each other and respect each other and love each other on some pretty deep level," he explained. "Obviously it's not romantic, certainly for Clarke anyway, and it's never been vocalized that it is for Bellamy either. You could read as much as you want in their body language and their eyes, but that's something that is being put off again as a result of Clarke's walkabout."

But worry not, because even though it may not happen now, it doesn't mean that it won't happen at all. Rothenberg explains that if fans of the pair want them to get together right now, then they should read the books from which the show is based on.

The full trailer is expected to be out on Monday. "The 100" season 3 premieres on Jan. 21 on The CW.
