In the face of a global nuclear threat, some of Clarke's (Eliza Taylor) company will lose their will to fight and enjoy the days they have left enough for them to sing about it in "The 100" season 4.

Showrunner Jason Rothenberg revealed to Zap2it that some of the characters will break out into musical numbers in the new season out of the realization that they should make the most of what they have left.

"Once this thing lands in their lives as a reality – that they're all going to die in six months – we will see some people say, 'You know what, enough fighting, I just want to live life to its fullest,' and those people will sing," Rothenberg said.

In the previous season of "The 100,"Clarke chose to shut down ALIE (Erica Cerra) taking the risk that comes with it, which is that the world will be uninhabitable after six months.

It is unknown if Clarke will be one of the characters to sing her way to the harsh reality the others chose to accept and belt tunes for, but Zap2it believes that with the hero that she is, she will find a way to fix the problem and fight rather than accept it.

The site also believes that Bellamy (Bob Morley) and Octavia (Marie Avgeropoulos) are unlikely to be part of "The 100" season 4 singing group.

If anyone will be involved in light moments of the season, it will likely be Raven (Lindsey Morgan), Jasper (Devon Bostick), Monty (Christopher Larkin) and Murphy (Richard Harmon).

Meanwhile, as Clarke and the rest find a way to keep their home in one piece, they will reportedly meet a new Grounder group by the name of Trishana.

Some members of the clan have appeared in the series, but they won't be officially introduced until "The 100" season 4. It is unknown if they will be friends or foes.

"The 100" season 4 premieres early next year on The CW.
