The three remaining contestants have to pack their bags after last week's hometown dates to join the Bachelor on a romantic trip to Jamaica. The tropical island will be the venue for their final one-on-one date with Ben.

But according to spoilers, Ben reportedly will tell two women that he loves them in the upcoming episode.

"The Bachelor" host Chris Harrison confirmed the report during the recent press call for the series. The host admitted that he was a little surprised with Ben's move.

"I was a little bit shocked that he really did get there with two women," Harrison said. "It's not something you can script. It just doesn't work like that and he's just not that good of an actor. It really just was something that happened and it took us all a little bit by surprise."

However, Harrison did not confirm who among Caila Quinn, JoJo Fletcher and Lauren Bushnell received Ben's "I love you" during the Jamaican trip.

Will the events in the upcoming episode affect Ben's decision at the final rose ceremony of season 20 of "The Bachelor?"

According to Reality Steve, Ben will give his final rose to the 25-year-old flight attendant from Oregon, Lauren B. The constant source of "The Bachelor" spoilers claimed that Caila will be asked to go home next and leave Lauren B. and JoJo in the running for Ben's love. But the Bachelor will ultimately choose Lauren and propose to her before the series draws to a close.

But before the season finale, the upcoming episode of "The Bachelor" airs on Monday, Feb. 29, on ABC.
