Something new is coming to "The Bachelorette" this 2015 and it's the most unusual thing yet. What began as a rumor has been finally proven true. There will be two bachelorettes in the upcoming season and these two are none other than Britt Nilsson and Kaitlyn Bristowe.

Back in "The Bachelor" finale, host Chris Harrison already spoiled that there will be two bachelorettes for Season 11. Also, there will be 25 men who will fight for the bachelorette's heart. However, not everyone liked the new idea.

According to a report from OK! Magazine, it said "Some viewers threatened to turn off their TVs and declared the format shakeup sexist and despicable for making the two women compete against each other," Celebrity Dirty Laundry quoted.

On the other hand, this differing opinion from fans is what the show is actually after. According to OK!'s inside source, the show knows that fans won't like pitting the two bachelorettes against each other, so they're doing it as a gimmick to pump up the new season. In fact, the past two seasons have been experiencing a significant decrease in ratings.

Meanwhile, choosing between Kaitlyn and Britt will be done on the first night of the new season. It is not like there will be a prolonged battle between the two. The winner will be chosen based on the votes of the men.

Because of the new concept, there will be a two-part premiere episode. The first one will be about introducing the 25 men in the usual limousine arrival scene. It will then followed by time with the two bachelorettes. After that, the second part will be about the guys deciding which heart they will be competing for.

"The Bachelorette" Season 11 will premiere on May 18, Monday and the second part will air on May 19, Tuesday on ABC.
