The last episode of "The Big Bang Theory" season 8 before it takes a brief hiatus will be aired today, and it will feature the gang getting together to pay their last respects to Howard's (Simon Helberg) late mom Mrs. Wolowitz, portrayed by actress Carol Ann Susi who passed away last November.

In the highly emotional episode, Howard invites all of his friends at his mother's apartment to consume the last meal that his mother cooked. The gang enjoy eating Mrs. Wolowitz's meatloaf, matzo ball soup, briskets and ravioli until Leonard (Johnny Galecki) and Sheldon (Jim Parsons) get into a screaming fight. This is because of a published paper that the two of them wrote, but Sheldon ends up being the only one getting the credit.

To stop them from ruining the supposed peaceful dinner tribute, Howard's wife Bernadette (Melissa Rauch) scolds the two. But her screams remind Howard of his late mother, who he believes sounded exactly like her.

Following the episode, the show will take a break and will return on April 9, with another Wolowitz family member joining them this time.

E! News reported that Nickelodeon star Matt Bennett will guest star on the episode titled "The Fortification Implementation" as Harold's half-brother Josh. Although Howard has no idea that he has a half-brother, Josh will allegedly appear in his doorstep unexpectedly. They share the same biological father who abandoned Howard and his mom when he was only 11 years old.

This will be the first time that a half-brother will appear in Howard's life. However, there are no details given regarding Josh's true intentions in finding Howard.

Bennett is known for appearing with Victoria Justice and Ariana Grande in the teen show "Victorious" aired on Nickelodeon. He was also cast in several films, including "Bridesmaids" as well as "The Virginity Hit."

"The Big Bang Theory" season 8 airs every Thursday on CBS.
