Can Tom Keen (Ryan Eggold) continue waiting for Liz (Megan Boone) to give their marriage another shot in the next episode of "The Blacklist" season 3?

During the previous episode, Tom asked Liz to marry him once again after finding out that she is pregnant with their child. But Red (James Spader) strongly opposed the idea, making Liz consider giving the baby up for adoption even if Tom is ready to give her a normal life, far away from the danger of chasing criminals.

But can Liz manage to keep Tom holding on to the uncertainty of living a life with her even if she cannot commit to him yet?

In the upcoming episode titled "Alistair Pitt," Tom gets reacquainted with his ex-lover Gina Zanetakos (Margarita Levieva). Gina first appeared during the first season when the FBI were investigating her involvement in a corporate terrorism crime. But Gina's return during a vulnerable time in Tom and Liz's relationship can spell trouble for the former husband and wife. Will Tom choose to rekindle the flame between him and Gina, or would he rather stay with Liz despite their complicated set-up?

Meanwhile, the episode will also center on Liz and Red's latest case involving another blacklister named Alistair Pitt, or the "Matchmaker."

According to spoilers, the Matchmaker could be considered the most dangerous blacklister even if he never gets involved with any violent combats. Instead, the Matchmaker normally introduces other individuals who could potentially work together to form bigger chaos when their minds combine.

The official synopsis for the episode reads:

"Red and Liz work with the taskforce to stop a negotiator who has resurfaced to unite two rival crime families. Tom reconnects with a former flame. Tony Shalhoub and Margarita Levieva guest star."

The next episode of "The Blacklist" season 3 episode 13 will air on Thursday, Feb. 4, on NBC.
