Netflix finally dropped the first full trailer of the highly-anticipated series "The Defenders," showcasing all the four Marvel superheroes in one TV series.

The trailer begins with the dauntless private investigator Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter) who is being detained and questioned by Detective Misty Knight (Simone Missick) because the former reportedly interfered with the latter's investigation. However, before Jessica can reply, the blind lawyer Matt Murdock, also known as The Daredevil (Charlie Cox), suddenly barges in and announces that he will be her legal counsel.

Meanwhile, Jessica's former love interest, Luke Cage (Mike Colter), can be seen having a serious talk with Claire Temple (Rosario Dawson). The former nurse and helpers of vigilantes tells the former convict with unbreakable skin and superwoman strength that he could use some help from one of her friends.

However, before Claire can introduce him the person she was referring to, Cage experiences an unpleasant introduction with Claire's friend Danny Rand (Finn Jones), who is now known as the Iron Fist.

The trailer also reveals that New York City will be right in the middle of chaos. Yet, the only option to save the city is to bring together four of its superhero residents. According to The Daredevil's trusted friend Stick (Scott Glenn), "The devil of Hell's Kitchen, the smart-ass detective, the righteous ex-con and the kid with a glowing fist" will have to work together to save it from further destruction.

Based on the trailer, though, it seems that Danny is the only one who is open to the idea of working with the others. The character's description reads, "He's craving desperately for family, for help, for guidance, for people to learn from, and for a team."

The first full-length trailer also introduces Sigourney Weaver's character named Alexandra, who happens to be the main villain of the upcoming mini-series.

"The Defenders" will begin streaming on Netflix on Friday, Aug. 18.
