It was not that long ago that "The Division: Assault" included the Global Event feature, and one has already been completed. For those who were not able to take part in the first event, the second global event for "The Division" known as "Assault" is now live.

With this new Global Event currently going on, players who wish to observe what happens in the event can notice some changes in the game in terms of gameplay. Players that are participating will also notice that their enemies have become vulnerable. Aside from more vulnerable enemies, players are now able to deal more serious damage to the enemies, especially when fighting in close range.

Compared to its previous Global Event, "Outbreak," this has three new modifiers included. The Global modifier, as previously mentioned, can allow players to deal more damage when enemies are close by. The Activity modifier, on the other hand, makes enemies a lot more dangerous at range; and the Group modifier includes the first two modifiers plus one that buffs the agents' damage when they stay together. If teams do not stay together, the damage the enemy deals is increased.

Players have a week to get themselves the new vanity masks that are associated with the Assault Global Event. This comes after the feedback that the developers asked during the first global event regarding how they can give players the vanity masks in succeeding events. In this event, players are needed to complete three specific achievements in order to earn the three new masks.

Those who are able to defeat several LMB soldiers during the event will earn a Jason Facemask, which is a tattered hockey mask, similar to the popular character. Completing the Assault playlist with a teammate without the use of a medical skill can receive the Pig Facemask. Finishing the Assault playlist without going down or dying will get the Clown Facemask as a reward. These three masks will only be received when a player has an activity or group modifier running.

"The Division: Assault" Global Event will be from Oct. 3 to Oct. 10, so players can take part within those days.
