It is almost seven years since the last "The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim V" was released and people are now wondering about a new game in the series. While there is no official announcement for a potential "The Elder Scrolls 6" game, there is a leak that points to it happening soon.

The leak came in the form of a screenshot of the game, per GamingBolt. The photo shows a creature in front of a character in first-person perspective. The creature's name is Lloros Sarano in Ald'ruhn who is talking to the character about the Akivari, which he explains as a race of serpents who are in preparation to invade the empire. According to him, it would happen after a certain crisis but he does not explain further.

There are other things he mentions but given all this, it may sound familiar especially to those who have played "Skyrim." If players remember, The Empire in the game was under a civil war. Talos was being fought for between the Imperials and Nords. As the story unfolds, the player, in the end, kills the Emperor.

This definitely counts as a crisis and can imply that connection with what Lloros Sarano is saying. However, it may seem quite weird since the events at "Skyrim" took place way after "Morrowind." Nevertheless, it is not impossible to dismiss this time lapse as the Akivari merely showing patience for their time to strike.

From what Lloros Sarano is saying to the player, he may be apparently trying to recruit the player as a Hortator to lead the army of the Dunmer to fend off the Akivari when they strike. It is interesting to note that this whole situation also happened in the "Tribunal" expansion for "Morrowind."

Back then, the player talked to someone who revealed that the Daedra would be free to roam about because the gates of Oblivion would be opened, which is exactly what happened in "Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion." Although all this may sound convincing, fans are advised to wait for Bethesda to make an announcement about it.
