'The Elder Scrolls 6' release date rumors: Bethesda unveiling game at E3 2016?

Fans of "The Elder Scrolls" are already looking forward to hearing the latest updates about "Elder Scrolls 6" since Bethesda already released the latest installment in its other major franchise, "Fallout," last year.

Rumors about the next installment in "The Elder Scrolls" franchise claim that Bethesda could finally unveil the game during this year's E3 event, happening in June.

The speculations stemmed from the gaming studio's activity last year, when they announced the release of "Fallout 4" during the video games trade show in 2015. If this will happen again, players should also expect to see the new "The Elder Scrolls 6" by late 2016.

However, there are is official news yet about the sixth "The Elder Scrolls" game from Bethesda.

In June 2015, Bethesda's Pete Hines explained to Telegraph why the game studio does not release new versions of their games on a regular basis.

"The reason they say that is because generally speaking that's what you'd be getting with another publisher in charge. They'd be spitting out a Skyrim 2 the year after or two years later. That's just not how we view it. We're not the sort of publisher that focuses on 'what's our 25 titles for 2015'," Hines explained.

"We do smaller stuff, we don't publish to scale, we try to publish to quality. Make sure everything we do is noteworthy. Our approach to that hasn't differed. Here and there we might change our approach to how it's presented but we've still stuck to who we are," the vice president for PR and marketing of Bethesda added.

But while the release date for "The Elder Scrolls 6" is yet to be confirmed, other rumors about the game claim that Bethesda will possibly use Gamebryo/Creation as the upcoming title's game engine.
