Victor Garber, who "The Flash" fans know as half of Firestorm, has recently spilled the beans about the much-awaited "The Flash" and "Arrow" spin-off. Talking to Broadway World, the actor revealed that the series, rumored to be titled "Legends," will premiere in January.

While dishing this revelation, he dropped details about how far along they are now with the production of the offshoot.

"We haven't filmed any of it yet," Garber disclosed. "But it is going straight to series. We start filming in August and it will be on in January."

Unfortunately, there is not much about the series Garber could tell. All he could say, at least for now, is that " it is completely new and it will involve a lot of interesting people." But fans need not fret as he promised that solid details about it should be revealed very soon.

"They are going to unveil more details about it soon," the 66-year-old Canadian actor revealed. "I believe they are going to do something for it in May at the upfronts."

During his interview, he also talked about the experience of being in the world of superheroes.

"To be honest, it is very wild for me that at this point of my life I am now in that world — I am now a half-superhero! The character I play is half of Firestorm, so conjoined — together — they are Firestorm. It's been very wild and fun for me to do it."

Lastly, he confirmed that he will be headlining the upcoming "The Flash" and "Arrow" series. Together with Brandon Routh (The Atom), Wentworth Miller (Captain Cold), Dominic Purcell (Heat Wave), Caity Lotz (role still unclear), Ciara Renée (Hawkgirl), Arthur Darvill (Rip Hunter), and Franz Drameh (Jay Jackson), Garber is off to a new superhero adventure.
