All the attention right now is on the "Batman v Superman: Dawn" of Justice film which is slated to be released in May of 2016. And while fans have yet to see how it will turn out, there are still a couple of other films to worry about.

As many as five Justice League heroes are expected to hit the big screen as well. That includes "Wonder Woman" (June 23, 2017), "The Flash" (March 23, 2018), "Aquaman" (July 27, 2018), "Shazam" (April 5, 2019), "Cyborg" (April 3, 2020) and "Green Lantern" (June 19, 2020).

Most of the films are still in the planning stages but one film, "The Flash", seems to be ramping it up by officially naming who would be directing the speedy Justice League hero.

And two names are currently being mentioned, Phil Lord and Chris Miller. Both are best known for their work on "22 Jump Street" and having them take on "The Flash" seems to be a cinch. That was considering that no other company would be keen on hiring them too of course. But as fate would have it, Sony is interested in getting them as well for the Ghostbusters reboot.

So with two big companies wanting to hire Lord and Miller, the question now could be on which they would choose?

Both Lord and Miller seem to be in demand, mainly because of their comedic track talent. And apparently this was seen from "22 Jump Street" and the "Lego Movie."

And for folks who have seen the Flash, especially from the animated series, there is no doubt that the Flash or Barry Allen does carry some humor as far as the character is concerned. Hence, it makes Lord and Miller a perfect fit to provide Ezra Miller some comedic portrayal, especially when the Flash takes center stage.

All eyes will be on Ezra Miller too of course. Before we see him doing a solo role, all eyes will be on him as well on how he fits in with the Justice League. And most likely, DC fans will be able to see that when Justice League part 1 debuts on November 17, 2017.

From that point, it can be more or less gauged on whether Ezra Miller would need more guidance (or not) as far as portraying the speedster come his debut on March 23, 2018.
