Barry will try to come to terms with losing his super speed in "The Flash" season 2, episode 19 very aptly titled "Back to Normal." In this installment, Barry is seen taking the bus, waiting in line and doing all sorts of things that he performed in a snap when he had his powers.

Fans will remember that in the previous episode of "The Flash" season 2 titled "Versus Zoom," Barry gave his speed to Zoom, who was revealed to be Hunter Zolomon from Earth-2, in exchange for Wally's safety.

Now, as he goes about the days without his speed, Barry realizes how much he needs it, especially after Harry is abducted by Griffin Grey, a metahuman with super strength who mistakes Harry for Earth-1 Harrison Wells.

In the promo for "The Flash" season 2, episode 19, Barry attempts to save Harry even without his speed. Cisco seems to have done some rewiring in his suit that will allow Barry to endure one punch from Griffin before he makes a piñata out of him.

Barry goes into the field already on the losing end. The teaser shows that he even pleads to the metahuman to stop. Will the situation push Cisco to further tap into his powers and substitute Flash in superhero duties?

Apart from Griffin, Barry also grows more and more worried about Caitlin's situation down at Zoom's lair. According to Teddy Sears who plays the evil speedster, "The Flash" season will eventually reveal why Zoom took Caitlin.

As a heads up, the actor told TV Line that Caitlin will never be able to rely on Zoom going soft again, like she did in the previous "The Flash" episode but Zoom might try to make her as cold-blooded as him. Zoom's endgame on Caitlin may have something to do with Killer Frost.

In a comic book-style teaser for "The Flash" season 2, episode 19, Caitlin gets to meet her Earth-2 doppelganger. Speculations hint that Zoom will attempt to turn Earth-1 Caitlin into her evil counterpart.
