Caitlin Snow (Danielle Panabaker) will try to reconnect with her estranged mother in the next episode of "The Flash" season 3.

In the promo images posted on TVLine for the upcoming episode titled "Monsters," Caitlin was seen visiting the office of her mother, Dr. Tannhauser (Susan Walters), to understand what is happening to her. But when the legendary biomedical researcher started treating her daughter like one of her test subjects, Caitlin seemed to be unhappy. This could cause the two to drift further apart.

Meanwhile, the upcoming episode will also make the viewers grow suspicious of Earth-19's version of Harrison Wells (Tom Cavanagh).

The new version of Wells had been handpicked by Caitlin and Cisco (Carlos Valdes) among all the Wells that took the IQ test sent by Earth-2 Wells to find another person who can help Team Flash in Earth-1. But it seems like the seemingly nice Earth-19 Wells is keeping a mysterious secret from the team.

Based on the trailer for the episode, Cisco will start to notice something fishy about the new Wells. But as he tries to uncover the new Wells' secret by inspecting his belongings without permission, Earth-19 Wells will catch him in the act. This could cause trouble within the group.

Will Team Flash find out Earth-19 Wells' real mission on Earth-1 before it is already too late?

Comic Book Movie posted the synopsis for the upcoming episode of "The Flash" season 3, which reads: "Desperate to understand what is happening to her, Caitlin visits her mother, Dr. Tannhauser, a renowned biomedical researcher, in the hopes that her mother can provide some answers about Caitlin's growing meta-human powers. However, when Dr. Tannhauser treats her daughter like a test subject, Caitlin grows cold and brings up past wounds causing the two to have a major blowout. Meanwhile, after a mysterious new meta-human attacks Central City, Barry (Grant Gustin) tries to convince Julian (Tom Felton) to let him assist on the case."

The next episode of "The Flash" season 3 is slated to air on The CW on Tuesday, Nov. 1, at 8 p.m. ET.
