The upcoming episode 12 of "The Flash" season 4 will introduce a new threat to Central City. While Barry Allen/The Flash and his allies are still looking for ways to prove his innocence after being framed up for a murder, a meta human will emerge and challenge Team Flash. The fight will not be that easy, as the latest villain has an unlikely ability compared to the other meta humans that they have encountered.

The latest promo for "The Flash" season 4 episode 12 titled "Honey, I Shrunk Team Flash" teases the strange power of the new menace in Central City. Based on the episode title, this villain has the ability to shrink everyone he touches, and some members of Team Flash will fall victim to their enemy's tricks. As reported by Comic Book, Cisco Ramon/Vibe (Carlos Valdes) and the new recruit Ralph Dibny/Elongated Man (Hartley Sawyer) will find themselves a lot smaller than what they are used to be.

Going to the more serious matter, "The Flash" season 4 episode 12 will also show Barry using his temporary time out of jail to clear his name. It is a good thing that the Scarlet Speedster has found a new ally who can support him all the way, a mysterious man known as Big Sir (Bill Goldberg). It seems like Barry has a chance to convince Big Sir in helping him out in his case, given that the latter was a close friend to Henry Allen (John Wesley Shipp) when the two of them were in prison.

There is a lot of questions that need answers in the upcoming episodes of "The Flash" season 4, especially with regards to Barry being framed up for the murder of Clifford DeVoe (Neil Sandilands). Nevertheless, everything seems to be falling back to place in the lives of Team Flash and Central City, now that Barry got bailed out and a new superhero joined the group. To recap the previous episode, Ralph stepped up to help in a hostage situation with the use of his ability to stretch his body parts. He is now known as the Elongated Man, and while he is capable of keeping Central City safe, there is more to know about Ralph as he does not seem to care at all about Barry's dilemma.

"The Flash" Season 4 episode 12 will air next Tuesday, Jan. 30 at 8 p.m. on The CW.
