Callie (Maia Mitchell) will come face to face with the judge who will decide her fate as a Foster in the upcoming episode of ABC Family's drama series.

In "Lucky," Cartermatt reports that it is time for Callie to meet the judge who will arbitrate whether she gets to be adopted by the Fosters. In the past episode, the social worker in charge of her case was not convinced she and Brandon (David Lambert) had nothing to do with each other, romantically at least.

In the show's promo, Callie looks distracted, maybe because prior to the court hearing, she just spent the night with the eldest Foster child. The website suggests that one way or another, Callie has to decide whether she will reveal her secret and set herself free or proceed with the adoption as planned.

Meanwhile, Lena (Sherri Saum) and Stef (Teri Polo) will host a party for Lena's parents to celebrate their 40 years together. Life goes on for the Fosters amid tension in their family. It will be especially hard for the couple, as they are also battling problems in their own relationship. The website reveals that they will be facing one of the "biggest ruts to date" during the gathering. Will they be able to overcome this challenge?

Elsewhere, Mariana (Cierra Ramirez) will try to make amends with Mat (Jordan Rodrigues). Last episode, the troubled pair decided to get back together. Buoyed by Brandon's win in the concert, they decided to celebrate in private. It quickly became a make out session, where Mat confessed to Mariana he never had sex before.

He told her he wanted them to lose their virginity together and that time was as good a time as any. Feeling guilty, Mariana confessed that she already had her first sexual encounter with Wyatt (Alex Saxon), which obviously did not sit well with Mat.
