Alicia's troubles are rapidly mounting, and viewers may finally see the distressed politician at her breaking point during the next installment of "The Good Wife." Titled "The Deconstruction," it only promises a vague future for her.

The State Attorney's post is about to be vacated a short time after Alicia filled the position. She is being ousted by her own political party due to a scandalous voter fraud. The next episode will show Alicia weakening.

Her insistence to keep her positon did not amount to anything when the Democratic Party used its power to disregard her decision. And now, she is forced to abandon the seat she worked hard to attain, and the idea of it sends her right into the verge of collapse. In the midst of all the trouble, she finds comfort in the hands of her husband Peter, whom she asked for advice on what to do next now that everything seems to be out of place.

Actress Juliana Margulies, who plays Alicia in the series, has insight on what her character ought to do in this terrible situation.

"My guess is she's going to stay away from politics. I think she's so disgusted with the system," the actress told E! Online. "I think she'll find the good in it and she'll probably fight twice as hard. But I can guarantee you it's going to cause conflict in the courtroom."

Then there's the issue with Diane, who immediately owned up to the false evidence. Her accidental dispatch of evidence from Kalinda's laptop is saddling them all. Cary looks like he will be back in jail after all the courtroom shenanigans as well.

Furthermore, two-thirds of the Florrick/Agos/Lockhart law firm are tasked to go against two ultra-conservative lawyers in a test case that involves minimum mandatory sentencing.

"The Good Wife" season 6 episode 20 "The Deconstruction" will air on April 26.
