In the next episode of "The Last Man on Earth," Carol Pilbasian (Kristen Schaal) and Phil Tandy Miller (Will Forte) devise a way to keep everyone together.

The trailer for the upcoming installment titled "Wisconsin" was just released recently and showed Pilbasian on a hospital bed while Miller is in a diaper. "Tandy, are you wearing a diaper?" Melissa Chartres (January Jones) asks Miller who looks surprised. "It's called committing to the role," he replies with conviction. Apparently, Pilbasian is pregnant and will give birth soon which is why Miller is in a diaper to prepare her for the situation. More importantly, it seems that Pilbasian and Miller are up to something to keep their friends close together with them.

It just so happens that Todd (Mel Rodriguez) and Chartres are planning to go on their honeymoon while Erica (Cleopatra Coleman) and Gail (Mary Steenburgen) want to live on their own for a while. Pilbasian and Miller do not want their friends to live far apart and believe that it is be better if everyone sticks together. It remains to be seen what their plan is and if it will be successful in keeping everyone close to one another.

In the last episode, Pamela Brinton (Kristen Wiig) tried to get in the group's good graces by doing chores for them. However, her efforts went unnoticed because of their continuing distrust towards her. Glenn (Chris Elliott), however, got attracted to Brinton and they both soon fell in love with each other.

They decided to go away together and leave Miller's group to search for Glenn's children, all of whom may still be alive. Pilbasian and the group finally forgave Brinton and wished them well on their journey.

"The Last Man on Earth" season 4 episode 4 will air on Sunday, Oct. 22 at 9:30 p.m. EDT on Fox.
