Nintendo has released a new piece of artwork for "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of The Wild" via Twitter, and it showcases Link climbing what appears to be a giant pumpkin and a caption reading "Happy Halloween." This is all in part of the Halloween celebrations.

The image does not show an organic pumpkin, but instead, it shows what appears to be a mountain top shaped like a pumpkin. It is unknown if this area will indeed be in the final game and if it is going to be a section gamers can explore, but it does point out another mechanic that will be included: cooking.

Unlike previous games, Link now has the ability to gather ingredients and prepare meals over a fire. Pumpkins are normally not featured in the "Legend of the Zelda" games except as mere decorations for areas, but they may now be featured as required ingredients for specific dishes.

These dishes can heal Link some health or give other buffs.

A pumpkin mountain, if featured in the game, may be a secret area that contains a heart piece or other secret items.

"The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" has no official release date yet but as pointed out by Gamespot the title is set to launch within six months of the Switch's release. Since the Nintendo Switch is going to release by March 2017 then the latest possible launch for "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of The Wild" is by August next year.

However, this will only happen if the game is not pushed back any further. The game had been delayed in the past and was pushed back even further when it was decided that it would also be a Nintendo Switch title. Fans speculate it won't be delayed any further as Nintendo is aiming to promote the Switch with as many AAA first-party games as possible.
