The four-part reunion special officially kicks off on the upcoming episode of Bravo's "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" season 9.

Titled "Reunion Part One," the upcoming episode will see tensions escalate as the ladies recall the highlights of season 9. According to the official synopsis, things begin to get heated when ShereĆ© Whitfield and Kenya Moore engage in a battle of the baseboards as they discuss the issue of building their dream homes. Conflicts arise when Kenya doubts the effectiveness of Porsha Williams' anger management, leading Kandi Burruss to get involved in the argument. To determine if there is any chance to save their rocky friendship, Phaedra Parks and Kenya talk about the highs and lows of their relationship.

Phaedra has been involved in a lot of drama this season and recent rumors claim that she could be getting the boot for it. Bravo allegedly fired the mother of two after the finale when she was the only cast member who did not receive her renewal contract. Sources said Phaedra was removed from the show due to her lying ways but according to Wetpaint, Bravo execs have already shut down those false reports. Reps from the network clarified that Phaedra was not fired and none of the Housewives were signed on for season 10 at the time.

In other news, Sunday's episode saw original cast member Kim Zolciak-Biermann return to "RHOA" again after she left the series halfway through season 5. Since her stint is only for a guest starring capacity, fans are wondering if she would ever come back to the reality series as a full-time Housewife. The 38-year-old spoke with People Magazine last week and she revealed her conditions for a full-time return to the hit series.

"I'm very motivated by money," the TV personality said when asked if she would rejoin the show's 10th season. "Everything has a price. I'm just giving it to you straight. Given the right amount of money for anything? Yeah, count me in. I like to work. I have six children to support, so for sure!"

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" season airs every Sunday night at 8 p.m. EDT on Bravo.
