'Real Housewives of New Jersey' season 7: Siggy Flicker joining cast?

"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" has been on hiatus for a year, and it was rumored that Bravo is waiting for Teresa Giudice to be released from prison before filming new episodes for its new season. While the show is finalizing its cast, a new report claims that a new Housewife has been added to the show, and according to Radar Online, matchmaker Siggy Flicker has been offered a spot in the reality series.

According to her website, Flicker is a professional matchmaker and a relationship expert. She has also written a book called "Write Your Own Fairytale" and is a mother to a son and daughter, as well as a stepmother to two children. She also starred in the VH1 reality series "Why Am I Still Single?" back in 2011.

A source told Radar that Bravo producers definitely want the 48-year-old to use her expertise on the show to help the other ladies with their relationships.

Flicker's website claims that she "practices what she preaches" when it comes to relationships. After eight years of marriage to Mark Flicker, her website says that they "chose to get divorced without acrimony and recriminations" and that they were able to do so without lawyers, bitter arguments, or traumatized children. The reality star remained friends with Mark when she married Michael Campanella, and Mark was even a part of their wedding entourage as Michael's best man.

While Bravo has yet to make the announcement about Flicker's casting, her website says that she is "currently developing new television projects" as she continues to consult with clients and help them with their relationships.

Radar's report comes after Amber Marchese told Us Weekly that she has decided to leave the show. Earlier this month, Marchese issued a statement to the website and said that she and husband Jim have decided to move on given the current state of their personal lives and the direction of the show. Marchese is currently fighting breast cancer for the second time.

"The show was not what we expected it to be, and I want to pursue more endeavors," she said in her statement.
Bravo has yet to announce a premiere date for season 7 of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey."
