During the recently concluded 10th season of "The Real Housewives of Orange County," the ladies speculated that Brooks Ayers might be faking his cancer after the businessman said that he has stopped his treatments. Throughout the reunion show, the ladies argued with Vicki Gunvalson about Brooks's real condition, and recently, Vicki told Andy Cohen on "Watch What Happens Live" that she too had been duped by her ex.

While Brooks's cancer has been scrutinized by the OC Housewives and media outlets after the reunion, a new report claims that Bravo has ordered cast members to stop talking about the issue.

According to a source with Radar Online, the women have been banned from talking to the media about Brooks's cancer.

"Right now, the ladies are forbidden to talk about each other and the entire cast is on media lockdown," said the insider. The source adds that this was done as a means of "damage control" because the ladies have been talking negatively about each other and that the network allegedly had no choice but to "step in and put a lock on it."

After Vicki's interview aired on "WWHL" last week, Shannon Beador posted her reaction on Facebook, and in the video, the mother of three called out Vicki for lying about Brooks' condition, telling her that "you don't lie about cancer."

Meanwhile, Vicki appears to be moving on from the issue and is directing her focus on a new project. On Monday, Nov. 30, the reality star took to her Twitter page to announce her new perfume.

"So excited to announce my new fragrance V by Vicki! I hope you love it! Get your bottle at vbyvicki.com," she wrote.

While Vicki continues to get some backlash from the ladies over Brooks's cancer debacle, the Radar Online source said that there is a good chance that she will be back for the 11th season of the Bravo show, adding that the network cannot have the other ladies badmouthing her when they are about to start filming a new season.

Bravo has yet to announce a premiere date for season 11 of "The Real Housewives of Orange County."
