'The Real Housewives of Orange County' season 10: Shannon Beador talks about hopes for new season

Shannon Beador is ready to move on after a tumultuous season on "The Real Housewives of Orange County." In the recently concluded 10th season of the Bravo show, she revealed that her husband David had an affair with another woman, and she was very open about the fact that they have been going to therapy to help heal their marriage. The season also showed what appears to be the end of her friendship with Vicki Gunvalson over Brooks Ayers's cancer claims.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Shannon said that she can't imagine going through the things that she experienced in season 10.

"[Next season] can't be dramatic for me," she told ET. "I just want to be, like, a normal person. Have a little bit of fun, have some laughs, and have somebody else take the drama part."

Since the show wrapped up its reunion special this month, Shannon has been spending more time with her family and with co-stars Tamra Judge and Heather Dubrow. She has also been filming a cameo for Bravo's scripted series, "Girlfriend's Guide to Divorce," and last week, the mother of three took to Instagram to share a picture of her on the set of the series. She captioned the shot, "Having a fun day 'on the set'! I'm not an actor, but I'm playing myself!"

Last week, she appeared on Heather's new podcast where she, Heather and Tamra talked about Brooks's condition and Vicki's behavior at the reunion taping. On the podcast, Shannon said that she has a problem filming with Vicki, who she said was dishonest about Ayers' condition.

"I have a huge problem returning and filming with someone who is not truthful at all," she said.

She also told ET that she doesn't regret anything that she said about Vicki at the reunion and on the podcast.

"I don't regret anything, you know?" said Shannon. As for what can heal her relationship with Vicki, Shannon said that she doesn't know but "time heals all wounds."

"There's just a lot of raw things going on right now, because, especially for me, I wasn't told the truth," she said.
