"The Sims" gamers are finally getting the updates they need for a smoother gaming experience on EA and Maxis' current life simulation videogaming installment, "The Sims 4."

Earlier this month, "The Sims 4" videogame developers released the wide and diverse urban expansion pack "City Living." While the DLC brought with it the wide city of San Myshuno and all of its festivals and apartments, "City Living" sneaked in a lot of glitches as well, frustrating "The Sims 4" gamers. Luckily, iDigital Times reports that EA and Maxis have finally sent in a new update to address the different issues in the game.

Taking note of all the different glitches that "The Sims 4" gamers have reported, the videogame developers' new update fixes problems in the game, including: sims characters eating and ordering food non-stop; babies getting stuck in apartments; trophy of 73 getting locked in Build or Buy mode; and the quick cycling of the homey lot trait.

Aside from these major issues, the new update also allows gamers to: take out more than one sim to obtain whims when joining a festival; use female sims for outdoor bathrooms; kill their sims with the pufferfish type of death, and listen to words from the politics buff choice.

In other "The Sims 4" news, it looks like EA and Maxis have also brought back the rabbit holes from "Sims 3" into "City Living." For those who haven't experienced rabbit holes in a "The Sims" game just yet, the feature is an invited event sent out to sims, who upon confirming attendance, disappear to join the event without the player following them.

In "The Sims 4: City Living," the gamers' sims will walk to the side of the lot or get into an elevator once they finish getting ready for an event, and then disappear. Soon after, they return with a new moodlet and a notification to inform gamers whether the sim enjoyed the event or not.
