After weeks of nerve-racking performances and eliminations, the four remaining contestants in "The Voice" season 8 will finally know their fate in the upcoming season finale.

Monday night's final performance episode will feature this season's top four, composed of Team Pharell Williams' Sawyer Fredericks and Koryn Hawthorne, Team Adam Levine's Joshua Davis, and Team Blake Shelton's Meghan Linsey. All four contestants will perform a song chosen by the fans, a duet with their respective coaches, as well as their winning solo number.

But before the name of the winner is announced, a star-studded lineup of performers is expected to appear onstage, including the past Top 20 contestants this season. Coach Adam's band Maroon 5 will also perform their song "This Summer's Gonna Hurt," while Ed Sheeran will perform "Do What U Want" with Sawyer Fredericks.

Country singer Luke Bryan will also sing "Kick the Dust Up" and former singing reality show champion Kelly Clarkson will join "The Voice" season 8 hopeful Koryn Hawthorne in "Invincible." Then Meghan Trainor will join the fun as she sings "Dear Future Husband."

Then Creedence Clearwater Revival's lead singer John Fogerty will join Joshua Davis to sing "Fortunate Son," to be followed by a performance from Britney Spears and Iggy Azalea who will sing their new collaboration hit "Pretty Girls."

Sheryl Crow will then sing "Baby, It's Cold Outside" with Meghan Linsey, then the episode will end with a song from all the season 8 coaches Levine, Shelton, Williams, and Christina Aguilera, as they sing "We Will Rock You."

While the episode has yet to air on NBC, reality competition prediction site GoldDerby claims that 16-year-old Sawyer Fredericks from Team Pharell will most likely be heralded as The Voice this season. The youngest contestant in the finals has an 80 percent chance of winning, compared to Meghan Linsey's 19 percent, Joshua Davis' two percent, and Koryn Hawthorne who did not receive enough votes based on the prediction site.

Fredericks' possible victory will give Pharell his first win as a coach since joining the hit singing competition in season 7.

The finals week of "The Voice" season 8 airs Monday, May 18, and Tuesday, May 19.
