'The Walking Dead' season 6 spoilers: Morgan gets grilled in episode 7

(AMC)

After all the heartaches and challenges that the residents of Alexandria and the group of Rick Grimes had to endure, the upcoming episode of "The Walking Dead" will finally allow them to have a little breather.

Based on the synopsis for "The Walking Dead" season 6 episode 7 titled "Heads Up," the two factions will start to find themselves in a peaceful coexistence after all the tumultuous events that happened in the past. But will it last?

AMC released two sneak peek videos for the episode, and they show the interaction between Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and Morgan Jones (Lennie James).

In one of the trailers, Rick approaches Morgan while the latter is practicing his martial arts move to tell him that they need to talk. Morgan agrees, but he is obviously unenthusiastic about it.

Their actual talk is featured in the second sneak peek, but Morgan and Rick are joined by Michonne (Danai Gurira) this time. Morgan tells his friends that for him, every living being is precious, and that idea keeps him living.

The two are reluctant to accept Morgan's views. According to Michonne, life may not be that simple. Morgan confesses that he is also considering letting go of that idea, but he just does not want to. But Michonne tells him that he has to.

Morgan also asks Rick and Michonne if they both believe that he should not be in Alexandria with them, but their answers are not revealed in the clip.

In other "The Walking Dead" news, in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, series showrunner Scott Gimple revealed that Glenn will come back in one way or another.

"We will see Glenn, some version of Glenn or parts of Glenn, again, either in flashback or in the current timeline. We will complete the story. That's the important thing. That's what people are feeling, and it will be this half of the season," Gimple teased.

"The Walking Dead" season 6 episode 7 airs on Sunday, Nov. 22, on AMC.
