Telltale Games has been on a roll with their recent video game releases. One of the franchises that have been getting a substantial amount of attention and commendation from critics is "The Walking Dead" game series that is now in its second season. That being said, fans of the zombie-laden franchise were delighted to hear the news that the developer is currently working on the game's third installment.

During PAX West last September, Telltale executive producer Kevin Boyle confirmed "The Walking Dead" season 3 and it is expected to be dished out anytime this month. Boyle also revealed that the upcoming title will be released on all major gaming platforms, including mobile.

It is expected that the main hero of the game, Clementine will be back for more zombie action. The protagonist will be accompanied by another character named Javier and the two will try to hang on for dear life.

The game's main characters are featured in the teaser trailer which was released several months ago. In a scene in the teaser, an undead is featured looking for fresh meat to feast on. Just as when it finds what it is looking for, a bullet pierces through its head courtesy of Clementine. Meanwhile, Javier notices that his partner has run out of ammo as he is seen handing over another loaded clip to Clementine.

Reports also say the forthcoming game will stick to the usual choice-driven type of gameplay just like the first two installments of the title.

With the first half of November already done, fans continue to wait for the upcoming game to roll out. Once released, it will be available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Windows PC, Mac, iOS, and Android.
