The production crew of hit TV series "The Walking Dead" is reportedly looking for additional cast members, according to a post on Reddit.  The source claims that the people behind the series are scouting for two new people to join the show's fifth season.

One of the characters will be named Donna, which is probably an alias.  "Donna" will be around 50 to 60 years old and is described to be a formidable and much respected journalist. She displays integrity, strength, and, sometimes, a sense of humor. The source added that Donna is a leader, mother, and someone who reads people.

Another character to be added in the show is a woman named "Samantha" who will be in her late 30s. Her character is described as a strong, attractive, smart, and charming woman. Moreover, Samantha is a talented mother.

The characters will play recurring roles, which means that they will appear in more than one episode. The source added that the actors should not be part of another pilot or series.

Along with the new characters, some familiar ones are likely to be seen again in the upcoming season.  Some spoilers claim that The Governor is set to reappear, most likely as a reanimated corpse, as well as the Broadcasting Woman who is said to likewise return as a zombie, and Beth Greene who was abducted by unknown men.

AMC released two trailer videos for "The Walking Dead" season 5. Based on the teasers, it seems that everyone is heading to Terminus, even the Walkers. The promo videos showed that the series regulars will battle both the living and the undead.  And, as fans might already expect, the fifth season of the zombie apocalypse series will likely be full of death, although AMC has not confirmed which characters will exit the series next season.

"The Walking Dead" season 5 is confirmed to have 16 episodes and will be back on air on Oct. 12 at 9 p.m.on AMC.
