Rick's (Andrew Lincoln) party may end up compromised and helpless in the midst of hungry walkers in the second half of "The Walking Dead" season 6.

The new trailer released by AMC for the series' midseason premiere shows the group trying to remain incognito while walking alongside the undead. Rick is at the lead, as he tells the others to remain calm and not draw any attention to themselves. They are wearing their tattered ponchos, complete with dried blood and gore to confuse the walkers that they are one of them. Things are running smoothly, until Sam (Major Dodson) begins calling Rick urgently.

The boy has seen something amiss and wants to tell their guide. Unfortunately, his voice may end up warning the walkers that they have a bunch of fresh and tasty meats in their midst. What did Sam see that made him broke his oath to remain as quiet as possible? Will he end up putting all his friends in danger?

Meanwhile, spoilers suggest that someone from Daryl's (Norman Reedus) party will end up sacrificing himself/herself to save the others from the armed Saviors they ran into. During the midseason finale, viewers saw Daryl, Abraham (Michael Cudlitz) and Sasha (Sonequa Martin-Green) at an impasse. A group of Saviors have accosted them and without any weapon, they have no means of escaping. All their possessions were reportedly with Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan).

According to the International Business Times, the person who will ultimately end up dying is Daryl, as Reedus will be leaving the series soon. AMC has recently given the actor his own show, titled "Ride With Norman Reedus." Reports even claim that he already sold his Georgia home in preparation for leaving the show." The Walking Dead" shoots most of its scenes in the said state.

"The Walking Dead" season 6 will return on Feb. 14 at 9 p.m. on AMC.
