Viewers of "The Walking Dead" have been wondering what happened to Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and his group following the brutal meeting with Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) after two of their best men — Abraham (Michael Cudlitz) and Glenn (Steven Yeun) — had their heads bashed in by the ruthless leader of the Saviors.

Episode 2 — entitled "The Well" — focused on The Kingdom and what became of Morgan and Carol. Meanwhile, episode 3 — entitled "The Cell" — gave fans the lowdown on Daryl (Norman Reedus), who is being held hostage by the Saviors, and Dwight (Austin Amelio), one of Negan's trusted men.

Now, viewers of the show will finally catch a glimpse of Alexandria in the aftermath of Rick's meeting with Negan and "Lucille," his bat. While Rick had fighting words before leaving the safe zone, things appear different after their traumatic encounter with the leader of the Saviors.

"The remaining members of the core group hold together in Alexandria. Then, they receive a sobering visit," said the synopsis posted on TV Guide.

In the latest promo for the 90-minute episode next week — entitled "Service" — Negan's silhouette could clearly be seen at the gates of Alexandria as he calls out menacingly to Rick to open the doors for him. Rick then meets with the residents to tell them in no uncertain terms that he is no longer in charge and that Negan is.

While Rick seemed defeated, Michonne (Danai Gurira) was clearly in fighting form, aiming a gun at the Saviors with a fierce look on her face. Rosita (Christian Serratos) can also be seen beyond the gates.

In another teaser video, Rosita and Spencer (Austin Nichols) ask Eugene (Josh McDermitt) to open the gates for them so that they can venture on a supply run to get more items for when The Saviors arrive. But even as they set out to leave, they hear the sound of vehicles arriving and pretty soon, Negan's whistle could be heard.

"The Walking Dead" airs every Sunday at 9 p.m. EST on AMC.
