'The Walking Dead' season 8 spoilers: new season to see some characters from Season 1 killed off?

Season 8 of the hit zombie series, "The Walking Dead" is coming really soon. Now, there's a big chance that the characters from season 1 will all die. "The Walking Dead" website

It is a well-known fact that "The Walking Dead" has already killed off most of the characters introduced in its first season. It all started way back in 2010 in the zombie-infected city of Atlanta, where Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) was lying on the hospital bed for weeks. Rick then woke up and reunited with his family, as well as a few other survivors.

Now, almost all the characters who appeared in the first episodes of the series have already died due to a variety of different causes. Lori, the lovable wife of Rick, died giving birth, while Dale (Jeffrey DeMunn) perished due to a surprise bite attack from a zombie.

Even Amy (Emma Bell) and her sister Andrea (Laurie Holden) were immediately taken away from the cast, as well as Carol's (Melissa McBride) husband and daughter. With these deaths having taken place, it makes perfect sense for viewers to expect that the original casts are soon to face their impending deaths.

As pointed out by iDigital Times, there are currently five characters who have survived all the odds throughout the seven seasons. Now, knowing that there is a total of 16 episodes for the upcoming season, the chance that these original characters are going to be killed, just got higher.

According to ComicBook, the most probable death that is going to happen next is Michonne's (Danai Gurira). This is because Michonne isn't that much of an important character in the series. Knowing that the show didn't have any mercy as they killed even the favorite characters, Andrea and Glenn (Steven Yeun), there's a high possibility that Michonne is really going to face her end.

If ever Michonne's death is going to happen, Rick will still have no option but to move on and continue with his life, regardless of how difficult and horrific it will be.

"The Walking Dead" season 8 is set to arrive in fall.
