"The Witcher 3" fans looking for any new content to sink their teeth into are in luck as the "Hearts of Stone" expansion for the game is reportedly nearing completion.

In a PAX Prime panel for "The Witcher 3," CD Projekt Red's Travis Currit described the progress of the "Hearts of Stone" expansion as "almost ready," according to Dual Shockers.

The latest news serves to calm down fans who may be worried that the major expansion won't be out by October as originally planned. Fans can also start celebrating because there will be plenty of new content coming their way with the release of "Hearts of Stone."

In "Hearts of Stone," players will be taken to an all-new area inside the game known as No Man's Land and then they will continue to another new location known as Oxenfurt, according to Gamespot.

Once there, players will be tasked with completing a quest from a shadowy figure known only as the "mysterious Man of Glass."

In addition to the quest, rumors have also begun to circulate that players will run into a familiar face in the new "Hearts of Stone" expansion. Promotional art that was released earlier for the game seemingly gave players a look at Shani, a character from the original "Witcher." The red-haired woman has not yet shown up in "The Witcher 3."

Players can expect a lot of content to be introduced with the "Hearts of Stone" expansion as it is expected to feature 10 hours worth of new content to the game.

After the release of "Hearts of Stone," players can look forward to another expansion coming out for "The Witcher 3." The second expansion, known as "Blood and Wine," is also expected to introduce a lot of new content upon its arrival sometime before April of next year.
